Polvr is provided by Cristian Gurdila (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Polvr and how you can contact us about your privacy.

1. Photos and Content

Photos you take with Polvr, along with captions, drawings, stickers, and album customizations, are stored locally on your device. Polvr does not upload this content to our servers, RevenueCat, or OneSignal.

When you choose to save a photo to your device’s photo library, a separate copy is created there. That copy is managed by your device settings, including iCloud Photos if enabled.

App data may also be included in device backups managed by Apple, depending on your settings.

2. App Settings

Polvr stores preferences on your device, such as your selected filter, album color, and cached subscription status. These preferences help the app remember your choices.

You do not need to create a Polvr account to use the app.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

We use RevenueCat to manage purchases, verify subscription access, restore purchases, and determine eligibility for introductory offers.

RevenueCat processes information such as an automatically generated app user identifier, purchased product identifiers, transaction and purchase history, subscription status, and technical information needed to provide its service.

These identifiers are not your name or email address, but they can distinguish your app installation or purchase history.

Learn more: RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

4. Notifications and In-App Messages

We use OneSignal to deliver push notifications and messages inside the app, and to understand message delivery and engagement.

OneSignal may process app and subscription identifiers, push notification tokens, notification permission status, device model, operating system, app version, language, time zone, IP address, approximate country, app session activity, and interactions with messages.

Polvr does not request precise GPS location access.

Push notifications require your permission. You can turn them off in your device’s notification settings. Turning off push notifications does not by itself stop all OneSignal data processing or messages displayed inside the app.
